• You must be at least 18 years for Rifle calibers and 21 for Handgun calibers to purchase from A1 Ammo.

• All orders must have an ammo form or one on file for us to ship the orders out due to ATF Regulations.

Ammunition purchasing requirements

• We comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Ammunition can be sold to persons 18 years of age for Rifle only and 21 years of age for all other ammunition. Have never been convicted of a felony nor been committed to a mental institution.
• You are responsible for knowing your own local state laws for the purchase of ammunition.

Ammunition ordering restrictions

• No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii 
• Illinois customers: We must have a current copy or your FOID card and state I.D. and no sales of ammunition to the city of Chicago.
• Massachusetts customers: We must have a current copy of your FID card or License to Carry firearms on file for us to ship to you.
