Details

When the .308 Winchester round was introduced in 1952 it was the result of decades of development to produce a .30 caliber rifle round with a shorter case that was well suited for self-loading rifles. The military version, the 7.62 NATO cartridge is its identical twin, but many shooters find using the Winchester cartridge as it is loaded to marginally higher pressure. Used all over the world for leisure and professional applications, it is a proven round that has become a virtual international standard of the modern full sized rifle caliber. The 150 grain soft point bullet by Sellier & Bellot exits the muzzle at 2820 ft per sec with 2648 ft lbs of energy: it is a well rounded cartridge equally suited for deer, elk and even boar hunting or competitive match shooting: the 800 round case offers enough to explore either and both.

Precision Metallic Cartridges (PMC) is manufactured in the same arsenal that provides for the military forces of the Republic of [South] Korea. With a strict quality control not only on manufacture but also component materials, the emphasis is placed heavily upon consistent and reliable performance with reportedly superior brass cases suitable for multiple reloads.
