Details

.357 Magnum ammunition began life as an improved law enforcement round in 1934 in an age of perceived social upheaval encouraged by organized crime who were armed with some of the most modern weapons available. Police officers at the time were trained with the .38 Special revolver which made the new round an easy upgrade with minimal new training. Today, the .357 is a popular choice for hunting (in either carbine or revolver) and personal defense in the home, on the streets or in the woods.

This 357 mag ammo is loaded with a 158 grain full metal jacketed bullet by Armscor. Expect it to leave the muzzle at 1545 feet per second with 823 ft lbs of energy. The 1000 round bulk case is an ideal addition to stock piling as well as range and firearms training to develop responsible skills in safe handling.

While founded in the Philippines in 1905, Armsor also maintains a subsidiary distributor and manufacturing facility in the US: Nevada and Montana respectively. Their line of ammunition has acquired a reputation for consistent reliability in ignition and performance and the company has even pioneered proprietary calibers of its own: the most famous being the .22 TCM. These .357 cases are made of brass and are boxer primed for reloading, as well.
