Purchasing requirements
- Purchaser must be at least 18 years for Rifle calibers and 21 for Handgun calibers to purchase from A1 Ammo.
- Purchaser must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Purchaser has never been convicted of a felony nor been committed to a mental institution.
- Purchaser is responsible for knowing their own local state laws for the purchase of ammunition.
- Purchaser must accept the A1 Ammo terms and conditions through the shopping cart as a online purchaser or the Ammo Form as a phone purchaser.
Ordering restrictions
- No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Illinois customers: We must have a current copy or your FOID card and state I.D. and no sales of ammunition to the city of Chicago.
- Massachusetts customers: We must have a current copy of your FID card or License to Carry firearms on file for us to ship to you.
