PRVI Partizan PPU has been manufacturing ammunition since 1923 under the FOMU name for the then newly established nation of Yugoslavia. During the German occupation of World War II elements of the company produced ammunition for the resistance, which led to a name rebranding after the war to include the word Partizan.
